  • In conjunction with the Compensation Committee, developed a compensation strategy and pay package for the President and CEO of a professional services client.
  • Developed and designed a U.S. compensation strategy for a global supplier to the automotive industry. Strategy included revised job titles, job descriptions, salary structure, and career ladders.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

  • Developed and conducted a team-building program to facilitate organizational change for the commercial operations leadership team of a  global biotechnology client.
  • Developed a senior management succession plan for a global manufacturing client in conjunction with CEO and the Board. Plan included a revised organization structure, position descriptions, compensation package, and individual development plans.
  • Coached and mentored senior human resource executives in the manufacturing, construction, and healthcare industries.

HUMAN CAPITAL STRATEGY

  • Developed a blueprint for the key human capital processes and the role of the human resources function for a privately held $50 million third-party services client.
  • In conjunction with the senior management team of $800 million privately held construction company, designed the type of human resources function required to support the achievement of their short-and long-term business strategy.
  • Developed a blueprint for a human capital strategy and human resource - department delivery model for a $300 million non-profit health care system.

M&A INTEGRATION

  • Managed the human capital issues for the integration of two early stage biotechnology companies.
  • Developed an integration plan to insure consistency of human resources operating policies and procedures for a long-term care facility acquisition.
  • Developed the communication plan to support the integration of two chemical manufacturing plants.
