Human Capital Consulting Partners has been retained to conduct a search for the Top Leadership Position at a reputable family-owned manufacturing company located in Bucks County. This position will report to the company’s Board of Directors.

The person hired for this hands-on role will be responsible for leading the company from both a strategic, P&L and day-to-day operational basis. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, overseeing multiple key functions in the business, and driving both top and bottom-line growth. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, the person will develop the company’s overall business strategy and establish/implement the corresponding KPI’s to improve overall business results. They will plan and manage the execution of all manufacturing projects to ensure products are manufactured to customers required standards.

The ideal person should be a strong hands-on leader who has prior experience developing/managing a P&L, overseeing operations in a manufacturing company including estimating, customer relations, sales, production, finance and quality. A minimum of 15 years’ experience of increasing responsibility in a Machine Shop with a minimum of 5 years in a company leadership position required. Strong background in CNC machinery/technology required. Engineering degree helpful. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
